William Gay To Make Decision Soon On Where To Play In 2012

Pittsburgh Steelers unrestricted free agent cornerback William Gay wrapped up his third free agent visit on Wednesday with the Denver Broncos and announced on Twitter that he will be deciding soon where he will play in 2012. Judging by his tweet he has offers on the table from the Steelers, Broncos, Tennessee Titans and the Arizona Cardinals.

Should Gay choose the Cardinals he would be reunited with Ken Whisenhunt, the Steelers former offensive coordinator as well as with Ray Horton, who was the Steelers defensive backs coach prior to becoming the Cardinals defensive coordinator. Should Gay choose the Titans, he would be reunited with former Steelers wide receiver Nate Washington and possibly even former Steelers safety Chris Hope, who is currently an unrestricted free agent himself.

Gay is likely headed back to Orlando this evening, as he was training at the Wide World of Sports complex with Tom Shaw prior to taking his free agency visits. Gay has not said when exactly he will make his decision, but it could come by the end of this week.
