Steelers Six From Around The Web – Wednesday October 26th – Tom Brady Has This One Edition

Ian Rapoport said on NFL Network yesterday that before the season started a Patriots offensive player told him that Tom Brady said “Against the Steelers, don’t worry, I got it.” You can see the report here as Brady insinuates he owns Dick LeBeau.

The pregame release for the Patriots game is up in PDF format and it tells us the Steelers look to open the season 4-0 at Heinz Field for the first time since 2009.

Mark Kaboly has his review of the Cardinals game up and it always makes for a good read. Kaboly saw as I saw and stats that Rashard Mendenhall did not have much room to run Sunday.

Emmanuel Sanders was on 93.7 The Fan yesterday to recap the win against the Cardinals and how he took over for Hines Ward when he went down in the game.

Former Steelers head coach Bill Cowher reportedly has some interest in returning to coach the Dolphins next season. The name of Jon Gruden is also being tossed around despite his new contract with ESPN.

The Steelers let running back Tristan Davis go from the practice squad about a week or so ago and he has surfaced with the Redskins after signing with their practice squad.
