Steelers Bengals Week 3 Friday Practice Injury Report – Harrison Sits Out

Steelers linebacker James Harrison (illness) did not practice on Friday and was added to the injury report as probable. Safety Tyrone Carter (thigh), wide receiver Limas Sweed (foot) and linebacker Lawrence Timmons (ankle) all practiced on Friday and all listed as probable on the injury report. Safety Troy Polamalu (knee) has long been ruled out this week as he recovers from his MCL sprain.

For the Bengals on Friday, wide receiver Chris Henry (quadricep), cornerback Johnathan Joseph (ankle) and running back Cedric Benson (ankle) all practiced fully after being limited on Thursday and are all listed as probable on the injury report. Defensive end Antwan Odom (not injury related) did not practice on Friday and was added to the injury report as probable. Defensive end Michael Johnson (illness) was also added to the Friday injury report as questionable after sitting out practice. Defensive tackle Jonathan Fanene (illness) missed a second straight day on Friday and he too is listed as questionable. Cornerback David Jones (foot) and guard Nate Livings (knee) both were limited for the third straight day of practice on Friday, Jones is listed as out and Livings as questionable for Sunday. Tackle Andre Smith (foot) remains sidelined and has long been ruled out for Sunday.
